Used Game Warranty
All used games are sold “as is” with no warranty expressed or implied, unless otherwise stated. After the machine leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. When arranging shipping, make sure with carrier that your purchase is insured for the full replacement cost of the item. We encourage customers to check for damage at the time of delivery, and be sure to note it on the carrier’s Bill of Lading. The games are thoroughly checked out by our highly qualified technicians before they are shipped. In the event an item would arrive in non-working condition, customer should call us immediately and we will attempt to diagnose the problem and provide phone and parts support as is necessary and stated within our warranty policy.Free lifetime technical support is always accessible to our customers by phone, fax, or e-mail, for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
60 Day Pre-owned / Refurbished Product Limited Warranty
Our 60-Day Pre-owned / Refurbished Limited Warranty covers telephone diagnosis and repair, parts and in-shop labor on any problem that you might have on all Pre-owned merchandise (see below for exceptions) for the first 60 days (30 Days for all Commercial and Non-Profit clients) after the purchase is received by you, with these specific exceptions:
- Product and/or product parts found to be defective must be shipped or brought back to our shop at customer's expense for any warranty work to be performed, or customer can elect for us to provide on-site repair work at the customer's location, with customer picking up all labor costs. All warranty work performed at our location is performed at our expense (parts and labor).
- Customer is responsible for shipping of the game or game parts, and setup or reinstallation of parts after warranty work is finished.
- We cannot be held responsible for damage to game due to improper installation and/or usage.
New Game Warranty
All new merchandise carries the original manufacturer’s warranties. If it is determined that an item is covered under warranty, the defective parts or products must be returned before replacement parts or products can be sent out.
